I love building teams of really different kinds of people and making some MFn magic happen. Absolutely one of my favorite parts of any job.

Overtime I’ve realized that good relationships don’t really just happen (obviously) but I feel like this concept gets overlooked at work. Good relationships and good teams are meticulously designed and built.

And they take a sh*t ton of work to maintain.

I believe great teams are built on mutual understanding, clear expectations, and psychological safety. And I make sure that whoever works for and with me understands that.
